Reception

Our hospital keeps an open door around the clock for patients and visitors. Three charming receptionists work in shifts from 8 am to 6 pm to help you. They are fluent in different languages and look forward to welcome you personally. After 6 pm a night porter will take over the reception desk.

The receptionists’ tasks also include:

Registering you for an in-room telephone
Depositing your money and valuables in the safe
Arranging accommodation for accompanying persons
Arranging an interpreter
Selling meal vouchers to visitors
Selling tokens for the washing machine and tumble dryer
Taking care of small errands
